Distributors
- Franchised Business Opportunities - EU
The growth in demand for
Leisure Lodges, Home Offices, Home Extensions, Play Rooms and a range of
other 'extra space' requirements is proving a fertile and growing
marketplace for our range of modular 'lodge' buildings (see Leisure
Lodges). There is also a demand from holiday park operators,
caravan site owners wishing to replace old and tired vans with more
permanent and durable structures, resort and sports facilities, etc..
In consequence we are now
looking to appoint additional Distributors in Mainland Europe
who have the experience and ability to:-
-
negotiate direct with
local customers to determine their exact requirements
-
provide erection /
assembly services, or select and project manage contractors
to do this
-
supply or manage
finishing services, e.g. electrics, plumbing and decorating, where
required.

Frame Erectors

Recognised as one of the UK's
leading manufacturers and providers of timber frame structures, Benfield
ATT has a number of openings for experienced and trainee
Frame-Erectors. This work is highly specialised and requires a keen
sense of quality, safety and customer service.
In response to growing
interest in our products and services from other European Countries, we
are now looking for Experienced Timber Frame Erectors
across Europe
Key Tasks Include:-
-
pre-determination of
erection sequences
-
intelligent
interpretation of architect and structural designs and plans
-
accurate setting out and
levelling
-
plumb, square erection of
frames
-
precision assembly of cut
and pre-manufactured floor and roof components (cassette floors, roofs
and truss rafters)
-
roof sheathing (sarked
and felt and batten)
-
fascia, soffit and barge
assembly
-
fitting of pre-glazed
windows and doors
-
on site adjustments of
structural and other elements
-
interior fitting of door
linings, doors, skirting, architraves and window boards
-
avoidance of waste
-
use of on site crane,
forklift, floodlight, safety net, air bag, nailing and other equipment
-
strict observance of time
constraints, regardless of weather
-
ability to ensure and
promote good customer relations
-
following strict H&S
programmes in conjunction with site managers
Benfield ATT's ability to
provide rapid erection of a wind and watertight building within circa 3
weeks from taking a virgin site, to include foundations, for a standard 4
bedroom house, regardless of weather conditions, is an important factor
for all erection teams.
Benfield ATT is recognised as
one of the leading providers of basic and advanced timber frame and truss
erector training. Refresher courses are also provided. These
services are made available to the industry and general public as part of
our drive to promote timber frame as the preferred method of system
building for sustainable development.

Skilled Erectors

Technical Sales

Benfield ATT are now developing an even higher
quality range of environmentally sustainable, energy efficient buildings
for self-builders, developers, contractors, architects, and government
authorities. These include schools, clinics, hospitals, hotels, leisure
lodges, village halls, sports pavilions, pool houses ... and of course top
of the range homes.
For all of these markets we
also provide surveying, setting out, planning, architectural and
structural design, interior design and landscaping services, together with
a targeted (foundations and frames) and
general range of building services.
In response to growing

are now looking for Technical Sales Representation across Europe
Key Tasks Include:-

competent working of
